At The BeautyBox Studio, we’ve got a range of backdrops to suit your vibe ( even the traditional one with bookshelves that mom likes ), including a bright, natural light setting with furniture props that’ll make you feel like you’re lounging in your dream home. It’s glam with a dash of homely charm.

We love capturing the unscripted, the unplanned, and the unexpectedly awesome moments. Our convocation photography is less “stand still and smile” and more “laugh like you just heard a great joke.” We aim to bottle up the joy and excitement of your big day into photos that feel as genuine as your favourite inside joke.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Session Size
Sessions are for up to four people. Additional members can be included for an extra fee.

Appointment Policy
All sessions are by appointment only.

Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit via Internet transfer or PayNow is required to confirm your booking.

Sunday Appointments
Sunday bookings have a $100 surcharge, waived for spends over $1000.

Delivery Timeframe
Final deliverables will be provided within 20 to 30 days.

Pet Retainer Fee
A $100 retainer is required for pets. Please inquire about permissible dog breeds.

Pet Handling
Pets must be leashed, except during the photoshoot.

Basic Photo Editing Services
We utilize professional editing software to enhance your photos, including:
– colour correction,
– lighting adjustments,
– contrast enhancement,
– pimple removal

Creative Editing Services
Additional creative services are available

Loan of Robes
Graduation robes are available and are subject to the existing Studio collection. Please enquire about the exact robe and style required

A maximum of ONE graduation robe is permitted within each session. Requests to have additional robes (regardless of customers’ gowns or gowns from the studio) included within the session will have extra co-ordination/loan charges of $25 per robe applied.
