TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CALL US
All makeovers strictly by appointment and will only be confirmed when 50% deposit is
received
Bookings may be placed between 1130am to 530pm. Mondays to Saturdays.
Closed on Sunday and PH.

2. BOOK AHEAD
Please call 6835-3012 to make a reservation at least 5 working days
ahead of your preferred shoot date and time. OR email your request to thebeautybox
studio@hotmail.com and our team will respond within 1- 2 working days

3. CONFIRM
Deposit is required to guarantee your session at the studio..The company operates
on a hourly booking system and will require your co-operation in ensuring that the
space and staff are not left without business in the event of no-shows.

4. SECURE
Deposit may be paid with any two methods:

a) INTERNET BANKING
– OCBC CURRENT ACCOUNT

*Please leave your first name on the transcation for our staff to identify and verify your
payment. DO NOT USE ATM TRANSFER METHODS
Do note your transaction code and call us at 68353012 once the deposit is made.
Various transactions appear daily so failure to do so may result in miscommunication and
unsecured bookings.

b) FULL CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Please contact us via telephone if you wish to secure your booking with this method.

5. BE RESPONSIBLE
Changes to a confirmed booking must be made 48 hours ahead in writing or
deposit may be forfeited as the studio space and staff have been booked
to attend to your session.
Last minute no-shows result in a loss in revenue for the studio as we will be unable to
procure other bookings ar such short notice.
Do be punctual as there are clients ahead and after you and our team would appreciate
ample time to shoot your images
Do arrive dressed and styled ready for your shoot. We allow 10-15 minutes grace for light
touch-ups
For clients requesting for professional styling, please come with a cleansed face and to
shampoo your hair as we require these basic steps to create professional results to your
appearance.

6. CO-ORDINATE
Outfits are not provided (unless stated) and must be co-ordinated and
brought in by customer.

7. RESPECT THE CRAFT
Director’s services will have an additional 30% fee added to the total bill
Creative make-up and hairstyling requests will have a $100 fee added to the final bill
